Producing principles and technological procedure
1. Producing principles
Group A and B, which is divided into original fluid, fine distribution rates and high speed stirring, the polyurethane foam plastics products are made from the chemical and physical reaction which is homogeneous mixture
2. Technological procedure
Two groups of divided original fluid is added into materials storing trough A,B by materials adding pump pneumatically, to control materials fluid foaming temperature, stirred by each single materials ,filtered, and then two high precision calculating pumps will deliver the two group A and B into stirring tip. Foam will be jet out of the mixing tip materials out by materials fruit and then the stirring tip stops after cleaned by solvent
